MEET OUR TOUR GUIDES
Ivica
Born and raised in Dubrovnik, Ivica brings a Mediterranean spirit and values to the company. He has a passion for travel and the great outdoors and has been working in the travel trade for over a decade. He is always on the lookout for ways to improve our customer’s experience. His knowledge of nature, culture, and history paired with his civil engineering background make him an informative and engaging leader, while his adventurous spirit motivates people to jump the highest cliffs, and try unfamiliar foods.
Vedran
After a short career as a competitive kayaker and a much longer career as a leader in adventure tourism, Vedran co-founded Outdoor Croatia in 2012 to do things “the right way”. These days, he spends most of his time in the office ensuring the smooth running of operations. But, every once in a while he’ll return to his original passion which is guiding visitors in adventurous and cultural pursuits throughout Croatia and being a gracious host.
Luka
Luka has a true passion for history, culture, and gastronomy. His career in hospitality started with a kayaking instructor position near Dubrovnik, and later specialized in cultural and experiential guiding. As a former student of anthropology, he’s most passionate about heritage conservation and is delighted to present curious local customs to our visitors throughout Croatia. Luka is also very organized and works full-time in our office when he’s not guiding.
Elvira
This is Elvira, our office administrator and a very valuable member of our team. What we love about her the most is her calm demeanor combined with a very quick, effective, precise and detail-oriented approach to work. In her spare time Elvira loves to practice yoga, play strategy-based video games, reading and crocheting . She’s vegan and is very interested in food preparation and cooking.
Debora
Debora’s expertise is the beating heart of our MICE department. Debora began her career working in different positions in sales and operations, before taking a Senior MICE Manager role in a resort with five hotels and 14 meeting rooms. Despite her success in the corporate world, her adventurous spirit won over, and she joined the Outdoor Croatia team where she perfectly combines her two passions – working with people and adventure.
Dario
Dario is the operations and logistics manager of Outdoor Croatia DMC, loved for his readiness to put a smile on your face. There is no problem big or small that he won’t tackle with seriousness, patience, calmness and determination. But outside work, Dario is very funny and knows all the jokes. In his free time he loves to cook for his family and play the guitar and harmonica.
